you wouldn't be able to do any overclocks i would go 750 minimum 850 reccomended

I'm going to say no. I mean my RM650 powers 2x760s without going over 40% usage.

But I don't know about an i7 and 980s. 

 

Whats the actual power usage of 980s?

i said 780, i want to go GTX 780 in SLI.

no you would need a 750w

I wouldn't attempt it - 750 should be the absolutely minimum.

Oh, then no.

750W would be stretching it a bit. 

I would go for 750 or 850W

A 750W psu is enough for GTX 780 SLI. I would look at the EVGA Supernova G2 750W.
