Air 240 LiquidCooled

Hey everyone! Right now I have a Corsair 600T case that is too large for me and I would like to make a much smaller PC with a Corsair Air240 case. This case can only fit one rad in it so i'm deciding whether I should liquid cool my CPU or GPU. The links to the parts are below: 

 

Also I'm fairly new to custom watercooling so if someone could check that the sizes are right would be very appreciated.

980 not 990 also i would do acryllic tubing it is cheeper looks nicer but the only downside is it takes longer but otherwise rock out man oh and what pup i would reccomend a d5 vario

That case is optimized for airflow, and i word of warngind, that case is really small, intalling rads, tubing, res and all that stuff can lead to be a nightmare. Id recommend a AiO for the cpu, and a GPU with a beffy heatsink, that case has plenty of airflow.

 

 

If you still want to go the path you have chosen, id go for CPU, because GPU upgrades will be more frequent than CPU upgrades, and just imagine if you get a new gpu, a few years from now, you take it off and BOOM WATER ALL OVER EVERYTHING, so yea id go for CPU

yea but its fine as long as nothing is powered on if nothing is then it still works once it dries out

Would it still be worth custom water cooling only my cpu then? or should I get one prebuilt?

There is a reason it is called the " Air 240 ". If you don't want to use air cooling I'd go with an AIO liquid cooler with some Noctua fans.
