How can i improve my typing speed?

So i feel like i am really slow at typing i don't think me having dyslexia helps one bit lol but i am not sure if that why i am a bit slower than most people at typing but if you guys know of any ways i could improve my typing such as any tests and things that would be great. Thanks

Type more. Tldr report says you need 10,000 hours to be an expert at something.

Just keep typing more and more, it is the only way to improve on it. If you don't mind those typing tests for seeing how fast you can type where you have to copy the story, directions, and other things then try those as well. I just can't stand them due to being used to thinking as typing and not having to copy something..

I type at a very mediocre speed of ~65 WPM, but I've been typing for so long, that I don't need to look at the keyboard anymore, it's literally inscribed, branded, and fused into my brain. The only way to improve I guess is to type more and more and more.You'll eventually get faster.

Just type more, keep a log in word or something, write about your day, or anything like that just keep typing. It takes a long time but eventually you will type fast with proper grammar and everything. I'm at a stage where it takes me 3 min to adapt to any new keyboard and start blindly typing fast. But it's been 15 years since I've been actively typing and quite a few of those years on MMORPG's, improves your typing and english, if you talk on TS, even better! :D

Well, just like people said, type more... I can type relatively fast since i actually have class at school specifically for learning to type fast (literal translation to english would be "blind typing")... So, i never look at keyboard when i type...

 

So, type more, try to type faster, and try learning the "correct" way of typing (like fingers of your left hand to be on "A, S, D, F", and the fingers of your right hand to be on "J, K, L, ;"... It helped me :)
