Steam update and forever in queue bug

Edit: I disabled my (AVG) anti virus software and then everything worked like it was supposed to.

Some of my steam games stuck in update queue required but never updates and steam self update doesn't work. It goes to maximum 0,61 mb or something.

I can't switch download region because it just switches back after it has restarted to Sweden where I live.

I have tried restarting computer and "flush steam" something.

Lol,it might be network issue,if you had 3G or any other network try that, if then also same i am sry i can't help you !!

Lol,it might be network issue,if you had 3G or any other network try that, if then also same i am sry i can't help you !!

I use ethernet with ca 70 mb/s upload and 80-90 download I think.
