pc doesn't work when connected to internet

my pc freezes for 5-6 secs and screen goes black and after 1-2 mins pc restarts or sometimes it doesnt restart it just stays black(display) while pc still running when connected to internet

it works fine when not connected to internet and it also works fine in safe mode with networking

it works fine when connected to internet in safe mode

PC SPECS
intel core 2 duo
2gb ram
1g nvidia 8400gs graphics card(i removed it from pc and it does nothing)
windows 7 32bit

PSU:440W

motherboard:Intel DG41RQI

 

Things I've done to solve the problem:

Formated C drive and reinstalled OS

SCanned with Avast BOOT TIME scan

scanned with malwarebytes

Changed VGA cable

cleared CACHE

None of them solved the problem

I thougt its bcoz of LAN port so i connected to internet with my mobile and it still acts the same

do all your other devices work fine on the network? also does the error occur when you connect to the network or when you activate the wlan/lan device? Oh and are you going in via wlan or lan?

yes all other devices work fine,yes the error occurs only when connected to internet via lan or mobile phone via usb,

It works fine when connected to internet in safemode with networking

My internet wire is connected to wifi router, pc net is connected from wifi router to pc

Hi Sir,I think it is a small problem caused by a currupted Driver or Codes.Please try these Fixes

 

NOTE - Remove EVERY LAN,WLAN,Adapter Drivers

 

Fix - 1

 

1) Download Driver Booster Free from iObit and Install them

2) At first Open,It will automatically scan for Outdated Drivers

3) After Searching,It will show the Results of Missing,Damaged,Out-dated and All you have to do is tap 'Update'

 

Fix - 2

 

1) Download and Install Advanced System Care 7.4 Free

2) Make it PRO (Check in Youtube for How to make it Pro)

3) Select all Options and Start Scanning for Issues

4) It will defenitly find some Issues and Tap "Fix"

5) It will fix everything up.
 

After doing all this,Please Re-start your PC and They must be Fixed.

 

Please do tell the result after doing all this.

can u plz tell how to remove LAN,WLAN,Adapter Drivers, i'm in safemode currently,if i remove LAN,WLAN,Adapter Drivers will i be able to use internet

No you won't be able to use your Internet,But Don't worry,It will fix it up for yo.To Uninstall the Driver,Inside the Driver Booster Software,Tap Scan and it will show all the Drivers and with a Underlined text on the Middle of Each Driver.You tap on it and tap Uninstall or Remove Driver.Thank you

Sir i've done every thing u said,i installed driver booster it showed to update a lot of drivers,as u said i uninstalled network adapters and it updated every thing and then i installed Advanced SystemCare 7 and scaned every thing and fixed it and restarted pc but the pc still restarts when connected to internet,it still acts the same
