Nevermind I justed regedit "hostednetwork" and deleted every single item I could find, restart the computer and it's gone. lol.

Just, in case you're doing what I think you are, you want the command to remove a hosted network, as in one created via:

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=SSID_NAME key=NETWORK_PASSWORDnetsh wlan start

the command to remove it, is:

netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
