If you have a good cpu and can stretch your budget by ~$30 you can get a hold of an r9 280x, a pretty good graphics card that can play pretty much anything on the highest settings possible.

Spoiler

AMD 8320 with Noctua NH-D15|ASrock Fatallity Killer 990fx|Sapphire Tri-X R9 290|8gb HyperX Fury Black 1866 MHz|Thermaltake 850W Gold|NZXT H440|Logitech G19s||R.A.T 9|Razer Vespula|Astro A50|Corsair Voyager GT 64 gb

Comp overclocker - Tinkerer - I thoroughly enjoy putting 12v into things that say 5v

"but im not a dumb also"

Owwww :(

My recommendation would be to stretch your budget up to a gtx 970. Will be best with the future in consideration. If you're a gamer the graphics card is the most important component of your pc (as long as the others are able to keep up) so never try to cheap out on a graphics card when it's for gaming.
