What would be the average fps on a 1920x1200 display screen

What would be the average fps on a 1920x1200 display screen running a r9 280x or a 290.  I want to see which one I should get between them for this resolution.  Thanks for all your help.

Really depends on what games and what settings you play at...

It's gonna be 60, the 280x can easily run 1080p

Compatible with Windows 95

I'm buying this monitor http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005JN9310/?tag=pcpapi-20  1900x1200 not 1080

Also I play skyrim, civ 5, some battlefield, heavily modded minecraft, cs:go, an djust started the shadow of mordor.

Anywhere between 45-60 :)

So should i get a 280x or the 290 for this fps, I really don't care for max settings, 35 fps or more is all I need.

A 290 will definitely be better than a 280x.  A 280X is just a 7970 GHz edition.

Sure it will :) Especially if you don't plan on maxing out everything too.
