Cant decide between swiftech 220x and EVGA hadron hydro

ok so i want to watercool my PC and i dont want to spend more then the Parts inside on the cooling.I was first thinking to get the swiftech H220-x (http://www.swiftech.com/H220-X.aspx) and then latter just adding a GPU but then i started looking and found this and now i dont know which is better .(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835288005) it seems to be nice but the CPU block seems like a bit of a cheap one and it does not come with fans. and it is already more expensive then the H220x. or does anybody els know of a watercooling kit thats about $150 to $200 just the CPU will add GPU later.

yeah this case has 2x 3x120mm slots or 2x  2x140 that and linus used the H220x in the razer build that was a h440

Personally I'd go for the H220-X, least amount of effort. If you want to go for the more custom route, I'd recommend: http://www.performance-pcs.com/phobya-pure-performance-complete-watercooling-kit-240lt.html
