Origin cant complete order for Mass effect

Trying to buy Mass effect as its 70% off and would complete the set on my account any who every time i try to complete the order i get error #10048 which means try and use another payment method but i don't have the option to use Paypal so yeah that's a thing. Erm help please.

Obligatory origin is a piece of shit comment wholeheartedly agree honestly.

Origin's sole purpose to exists on my HDD is to launch Battlefield 4. But at least it's not as bad as Uplay. (I think)

origin also doesn't provide a way to buy the mass effect trilogy + all DLC in one package.
