You might want to just get a low end aio like a h55 or h60 if you dont plan on upgrading processor to a unlocked chip.

Don't waste your money on an AiO for a locked i5. If you're concerned about the noise of the stock cooler just pick up a Noctua. But if you really have to have water cooling you could just get a CM Seidon 120V.

What's the point of getting a aftermarket cooler if your cpu has a locked multiplier(means you can't overclock on it). That Other reasons besides overclocking that i know are lower temps or a more quieter system.

Liquid cooling isn't quieter than a decent air cooler.

The Arctic Freezer 7 will do niceley in terms of minimizing the noise. An AIO is not worth it.

Corsair H50 will be more than enough.

 

I would just get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO if you want a cooler that is quieter than the stock one.
