CPU heatsink fan making loud noises

Prodigy22

I have a noctua L9i heatsink, the fan is making a loud propelling and buzzing noise. It comes and goes, I would like to fix it, any suggestions?

i have never sent a faulty product in before, how long would you say the whole process would take to get a new one back?

Yes i do, you think if i just swap out the fans themselves it would fix the problem? I have a feeling its maybe something like the bearings or what not.. because it comes and goes and its like a propelling vibrating almost buzzing noise, or screws arent all the way on

Might as well try. Although you probably should contact Noctua to try and resolve the problem.
