Yeah just noticed that for EU, but it's with quite fast shipping instead of shipping from the US.

In Europe it's 130 euros, which is a good price in my opinion. It's better than what it was :)

In euros $99 is 78.40 and €130 is $164.14. You could almost buy a second one for that price if you are in the US!

you have to know that in europe, you never get accurate price representations. its always a 1:1. the 30€ up is just a random premium, or they didnt update that yet, but plan on

Why? 

 

Part of me wants to get a smart watch....but I keep asking myself why bother...it mainly just gives notifications and checking a phone isn't particularly hard... 

/I'd wait for the new pebble to be released before doing anything to see if its better and/or just brings the steels price down.

You can't promptor search from it so there should be no accusing. Plus many teachers are not tech savy.

I'm sure that universitys have already caught up with smartwatches, cheating ans plagiarism is the highest offense and it gets you kicked out before you can blink an eye. It's better not to risk it.

 

Also, you could code something that would send notifications with lets say, formulas for math every 2 minutes.

Oh yeah, I was thinking HS since I figured most younger ones on here are in HS. For my Uni exams, and tests, I don't wear watches, take my phone,laptop, or anything. Hell they even ask us to wear short sleeve and short if possible to prevent students from writing on themselves.

At my school you are not allowed to wear any watch to exams anymore, eliminating all the smartwatches aswell :P

Don't think the eur prices have been updated, i got my pebble from amazon uk for £125gbp 6 months ago.

When you convert the 130€ to GBP it's around £105, so it's a pricedrop of £20 compared to what you paid for it.
