I have been using Spotify for a while in Canada, and beside the mood music it has, I found it lack luster. I still prefer Xbox Music, which if you wait for specials, it is MUCH cheaper.

If you watch the WAN Show Linus has mentioned it many times that it wasn't in Canada

I run my browser through NSA ports to make their illegal jobs easier. :P

It isn't that cheap. Spotify Free is good enough for me.

'Overprocessed overhyped crap'

Unless you're getting it local or sucking a cow's udders, milk is also very processed.

Soy milk, if bought from the right place, is not homogenized, is non-GMO (most soy in the US is GMO), and is organic (no pesticides).

Milk is just gross to me; I'll eat it in ice cream and sometimes cheese, but that's it.

Contrary to popular belief, some people go on these 'fads' because of legit reasons, not because fucking Dr. Oz recommended it.

1. I actually do get it from my landlord, who has his own cows, which is great because we drink like 3 liters every 2 days.

2. Homogenization is simply a process by which fat is blended with a liquid that would otherwise seperate from fat. (the milk is blended in a way that it's fat content doesn't separate out forming a nasty congealed layer ontop of the milk)

3. Fat is necessary to the human diet, much more than hollywood and your vegan friends would admit to.

Tell me, why is it that all vegetarians look like they are so ill that they could be killed by a slight breeze? at least all the ones I've met. That being said, we only buy our landlords milk because it's cheaper than the milk at the store, also it's still whole milk because whole milk is good.

1. Then that's better - though jesus, that's a ton of milk to drink. I can barely down a glass without feeling like my insides are slimy.

2. Homogenization, as with most modern food manufacturing processes, changes the milk into an unnatural form; it's heated, which kills off the good bacteria, and produces a blander flavor. Raw milk is creamier and has better bacterial cultures, but lasts for much less time (i.e. not profitable), and some people are grossed out because of the separation. Probably the same people who think it's weird to have peanut butter separate.

3. Of course fat is necessary, I'm not a grass-grazing hippie. I simply choose to make some more health-conscious diet choices - I eat meat, and don't remove anything from my diet for fun; as I said, I still eat dairy, just not straight milk (and not on a regular basis)

As for the last question, I don't know; without meat, you're bound to lose muscle and such, but usually that's because the problem problem with most 'vegetarians' is that they use it as an excuse to just eat junk food because 'it doesn't have meat'. A true vegetarian would be just as healthy as an omnivore, but would need outside sources of protein; beans only go so far.

Oh.... forgive the inherent hostility beforehand, I can't stand veggies, and I'm also drunk lol. I was raised on store bought whole milk, to me nothing is more satisfying than a tall glass of cold milk, even on a hot day (all mammals instinctively crave milk in my opinion). My grandfather lived to be 80, even with leukemia, and he drank (on purpose) a tall glass (I guess 2 cups?) of BUTTERmilk every night, which even my milk loving ass finds impossible, that shit is like... ridiculously thick. Remember that I am apart of a family of four, that being said I probably do consume more milk than the rest of my family.

Edit: my bowl of cornflakes is probably 2 1/2, maybe 3 "servings" as listed on the box. But at least it's corn flakes and not frosted flakes lol

*resists urge to gag*

I'm glad that's what he liked, but christ almighty, I wouldn't drink a glass of buttermilk for a thousand dollars. I used to drink milk a lot until I was around 11, and it just stopped being appealing altogether. Now I drink soy milk, and the rest of my family drinks coconut milk (which I don't like either). Though my dad still does like milk at dinner...

Can't stand veggies? Get out! :P

Nothing is better than asparagus grilled and coated in olive oil, salt, and pepper. God that's crack.
