Can't control Noctua Industrial NF-A14 with Fan Xpert 3?

As the title says, I'm not able to control my Noctua 3000RPM fan?

When I run the fan tuning software, it finds the fan and says "Unknown".

Not sure what to do.

Is the fan header set to dc or pwm?

Pretty sure PWM.

have you tried another fan header on the motherboard?

try the CPU_FAN (run what is on CPU_FAN on CPU_OPT for testing) header.
