Perfect Monitor for Me

Hello,

First of all i'm tired of there not being one perfect monitor, perfect meaning 144 hz 4k ips, i get it would be super expensive, but just to have the option.  So I guess I have to settle on something, but idk what.  I don't know if I would notice the 144hz so idk if that is right for me, i've seen linus's video and it didn't help much, and I don't know whether I should get IPS or not, with IPS i am limited to 60hz, but if i don't notice more than that i guess that's fine.  Then there is resolution.  I will be running 2 980s in SLI so I think I can run all games at ultra (no AA) at 60fps and therefore 60hz, but im not sure.  I also want 1 ms response time if it matters, if i'm not going to tell the difference between 1 and 5, I think 5 should be max but idk, i think i can do 5.  I am not gaming super comptetively.  So, I am looking for a monitor that I will be able to run at it's full hz with no AA on all ultra games, so if im only going to notice 60hz, can i do an ips 4k monitor or should i get a higher refresh rate, non ips lower resolution.  IM CONFUSED!!!!!!!

well i live in southern california, what store should i go to.  I imagine frys or bestbuy but if you have a better store let me know
