Two days ago I was doing a clean install of Windows 8.1 on my SSD for the first time and I used http://www.overclock.net/t/1240779/seans-windows-8-install-optimization-guide-for-ssds-hdds as a guide.

I have nzxt h440 case and i would like to install my windows 8.1 via usb. Sorry if my question sound noob.

1) where can i download windows 8.1 iso?

2) can i buy a windows 8.1 disc and use the product key to activate my windows 8.1 during usb boot?

3) what should i do with the windows 8.1 iso?

windows 7 dvd something is what i use, just point to the ISO then the USB and it does everything for you.
