My budget:850$

 

Games i will play on the desktop: Minecraft modded,garrys mod,bf3,etc.

Yes but it's a better idea to get an R9 280, and a better power supply (not higher watts, but better quality, something like Seasonic)

 

Also, get Hyper 212 EVO for CPU cooler and GA-970A-D3P for motherboard

Get a better power supply from EVGA seasonic or Corsair.

Corsair CX are pretty good for the price. You can save quite a bit of money.

Also, get windows 8.1 and a hyper 212 evo instead.

You don't really need a aftermarket cooler.

Because he had a hard drive.

1. Swap the cooler out for a hyper 212 evo.

2. try pushing for a gtx 970 if you can, its about $340 for most of them, but if you can't then the 760 is fine.
