Not inside it wouldn't and you would need to mod it to get have somewhere outside the case to mount the rad

What about adding different fans so it can keep it cooler and be quieter?

 

You really can't do anything without hardcore modding or completely changing the case.

It is passive. Meaning no fans = no noise. It cannot get any cooler. Also why?
