Snapchat laggs horribly

Hi, lately snapchat has started to lag really bad, and it's not just while loading the camera, from i press a snap until it shows, it takes maybe 5-10s. anyone know about this?

Anyone know a fix for this?

 

I'm on a Samung Galaxy S3 with Cyanogenmod 11, and this lag issue started before I loaded up Cyanogenmod.

Because the program is a piece of crap... it even works like bull on a oneplus one.

Computing enthusiast. 
I use to be able to input a cheat code now I've got to input a credit card - Total Biscuit

It works perfectly for my friend on his OnePlus One.... and for myself on my HTC One S, which has pretty similar specs to an S3 and also runs CM11

have to pull out my battery, and then it gets better for a little while, it's just like theres a internal memory that gets full and the whole app slows down to a slug.
