Could somebody critique my LoL playstyle?

MrTomnus

Hi, I'm quite new to league and just wondered if I was doing things right. If you wouldn't mind taking some time to watch even a little bit of this video to let me know what I could improve on, or what I'm doing well, I would really appreciate it! I've been playing for about 15 hours now.

I thought unlisted meant you could copy the link to people and they can watch it... My bad! one moment :)

Edit: turns out it had set itself to private...? should be fixed now.

@MrTomnus How often do you play league of legends?

I would remove the fixed camera operation on avatar/champion, you'll be able to see onto the far sides of the maps more easily & faster.

As you were falling back to hq during the first 2 minutes kinda of interprets you need a bit more practice keeping more on your tip toes (movement is of key importance) for outputting damage & evading skill shots.

Not entirely sure of the champions skill set but use this link to gain an insight onto the build of the champion in either late/early game.

Thanks for the info! Like I said, I've only played 15 hours in the last two days, that's it :) Why would I need to be looking at the far side of the map though? And yes, I think my early game is a bit weak... I'll try working on dodging those shots :)

I don't want to try & be harsh but I think playing against bots is a good thing but you should try playing more 5v5 matches (unranked) with a more experienced buddy for knowing how to teamplay etc. If you PM me about it I can also help you every now & then for tips & tricks.

It's fine, I understand! I would just like a bit more gameplay experience first :) I have a friend who is Platinum rank so he can help me with things as well. I'll show him this video too and see what he thinks!

Was there anything I did that you can think of that was good, or I should keep doing? :)

More over refining your skills, play a couple 2-4 champions that are a wide variety (melee/range). Player knowledge for types of builds/champions is quite essentials.

I tried.. But watching lol is apparantly less interesting than playing it :(

The only thing i can think of is that you shouldn't let the enemy players drag you back near their towers. (If they're targeting you the tower will attack you)

Yes, there are a lot of champions... It will take a while to understand them all. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch the video - thank you! :D

Haha, it's okay. Alright, so I should avoid chasing someone down to a tower even if I know I can kill them?  The thing with my champion is he can regenerate his health on death, so I use that to take more risks in order to get a kill. Is that not what I should be doing?

Well if you're 100% sure you can get a kill then it should be fine^^ But if you can't you're just taking a big risk.
