Will a i5 3550 will be enough to support a gtx 970?

 

cpu: Intel i5-3550 @3.3ghz (stock)

8 GB RAM

motheboard: Asrock z77 extreme 4

 

also, will my 620w psu will be enough?

You cant say the PSU will be capable of handling it just by the wattage...

it's about a 90% chance of it being an Antec Neo or HCG unit.

 

In which case, the former is acceptable and the latter is good.

 

OP you might want to OC your CPU a bit, at least 4.0 and you'll be set, but at stock it should still be fine.

I5-3xxx IS NOT compatible with z87. You must get a z77 motherboard. I suggest a z77x ud3h

How can i overclock mine?...

I found a lot of people say the it is unclockable because its a non -k model.

Also i couldnt find any tutorial

I'm not completely sure, but you should be able to do a mild FSB/BCLK overclock.

 

it's a bit more complex, you will have to read some of the more in depth overclocking guides to figure out how to do this.
