Just remember you can't transfer OEM Windows if you plan on it, you might have to buy a new copy

I did that with Windows 7 on my laptop. Why should it not work?

Why would you spend 140$ on a gaming motherboard with oc, if the processor isn't even unlocked and you could safe probably around 100$ there.
