Which is better for intake? 140mm AF vs 120mm SP

LaboonTheWhale

Hey all

I've been looking to add a fan or two to my rig to help with more cool air going through my radiators.

I have a rear exhaust fanmount on my Corsair 750D and wanted to use that as an intake. Should I use a 140mm AF fan or a 120mm SP fan for that intake? There will be no radiator blocking it.

I was thinking for the 140mm (and for good looks) using a Corsair AF140 or maybe the SP120.

Thanks!

Don't use an AF fan with a radiator.

I said there will be no radiator blocking it.

AF just because you can run it at a lower rpm.

However the temperature difference between them will be negligible.
