Anyone know why I can't make a 1080P video?

Hey guys, my editing program is Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 but whenever a 1080P video after this program can't be 1080P, anyone knows why?

What's your monitor resolution? Also if it's a free program it might be a premium feature

 eGPU Setup: Macbook Pro 13" 16GB DDR3 RAM, 512GB SSD, i5 3210M, GTX 980 eGPU

New PC: i7-4790k, Corsair H100iGTX, ASrock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer, 24GB Ram, 850 EVO 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, GTX 1080 Fractal Design R4, EVGA Supernova G2 650W

I guess this has nothing to do with my monitor resolution, its a problem of rendering, I'll try other ways
