Vishera (Interfectorem's Build) w/ Pics

Interfectorem

So I've been on these forums for a while now, and I've decided to release some nudes of my rig, which I caller her Vishera. The pictures are quite horrible quality, since they were taken with my Nexus 5 in a terrible lit room, oh well. So let me do a spec rundown first.

CPU- AMD FX-8320 (4.6 GHz)

GPU- MSI Twin Frozr Radeon R9 270 (1080 Core, 1500 Memory)

CPU Cooler- Corsair H105

Motherboard- Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0

RAM- Corsair Vengeance LP 1600MHz 8GB

PSU- Corsair CX600

Case- Corsair C70

OS- Windows 8.1

HDD- WD Caviar Black 1TB

SSD- Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

Monitor- Acer H236HL
Keyboard- Corsair K70 (Red Switches)

Mouse- Corsair M65

So as promised, here are some "nudes" of Vishera, my rig. It took me about 4 or 5 months to save up for this rig. She's played everything I throw at her flawlessly. My cable management is not that great, you can see some cables peep here and there, but it's a start.

Oh guys, before you comment on the CPU cooler not having all 4 screws in, my H105 only came with 3 AMD standoffs (I was panicking) but after I only put on 2, temps are perfectly fine and it's making perfect contanct, so I don't see it as a huge problem. So there she is, these photos aren't quantity nor quality, but hey, she's hot (Literally too, not the GPU though). What do you guys think, I'm especially interested in what you think of my "cable management", you should see that back panel, oh wait, you shouldn't...

Your cable management is actually really good. It's a whole hell lot of a better of management than my case which has no cable management in mind. It's just a giant clusterfuck of unsleeved cables.

I agree, the Military Green of the case doesn't stand out that much, which I like, it's quite a dark green. I agree, I have quite clashing colors. My keyboard is red, my mouse is blue, my case is green, and the inside is blue :P

If you spent less on peripherals, as well as getting something like a 212 evo, you couldve gotten a  lot nicer of a GPU.

BUT pc building has always been and will always be a subjective experience, and if you're happy with it, then mission accomplished.  It looks great btw.  You made the blue color scheme work and the cable management is bangin.

Yea, I bought that K70 off my brother for $90, since he's going to upgrade to a K95 RGB, and I bought that M65 off him for $20 since he "upgraded" to an M95. I originally had a cheap Cooler Master 120 AIO, but I wanted to push my CPU to the max, so I bought this H105 to push it, so far I have it at 4.6 stable. As for the GPU, yea, I agree it's getting a bit dated, but it will last me for what I play.

@Interfectorem

You could probably contact Corsair and have them send you another screw for free since yours didn't come with the fourth one.

I'll probably give them a call this afternoon and see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion, I really appreciate it.

Hi Interfectorem

Your Vishera is a real beauty. Thank you for sharing the pics with us. The cable work also looks nice. Kudos for choosing a drive of the WD Black line, which is designed especially for gaming. I've seen on the Corsair Forum that in similar cases they've provided replacement mounting kit for the H105, but you'll probably have to submit a RMA request through their RMA portal and provide a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Cheers,

Titania_WD
