GTX 970 - ASUS Strix or Gigabyte G1 Gaming?

I want to buy one of these GPUs, but I can't find a review of them on the same website so I can't decide. Noise level and temperature matters most to me.

That G1, while long, has a better cooler, good acoustic performance (below 40 decibels at full load) and a nicer aesthetic IMO.

I bought Twp g1's because the Asus coolers are extremely loud at 70% to 80% fan speed and I've had so many Asus DCUII cards I am tired of the look of that card now. Either way you can't lose though.

Custom fan curves buddy. Overclock much?

Ya and I leave it on Auto like a sane person LOl. 970 so cool running it never needs to ramp up the fans even under OC.
