WINDOWS 8.1 ERROR

Hi, since I instaled windows 8.1 on my computer, i get blue screen error with this number : 0x0000001a. I get this error at leats 1 time a week. anyone help me please

thats a memory problem you should  reseat the memory first then run a memory diagnostic, or you could try to see if your running windows 8.1 compatible drivers for the chipset

lol xD the only thing that i can do is boot a windows on usb. so how can i do your step. is there a video tutorial please
