then why dont you build an APU system and spend more money on the GPU?

(or you could do the system that JoaoPRSousa suggested)

bit-tech did a review of the FX 8350 that I personally found interesting... It shows gaming performance in both stock and overclocked configurations:

AMD RYZEN 7 5800X3D \ Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite \  32GB 3600 G.SKILL Neo \  Gigabyte RTX 4080 Gaming OC \  Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo \  NVMe 2TB Samsung 990 Pro, SATA 4TB Samsung 970 Evo  \  WINDOWS 11 PRO

no point of getting a z97 if you have a locked cpu, either get a h series board or get a unlocked cpu

do you think i will need to oc my cpu for gaming? or video making?

*NEED* no, but the performance gains are quite real.

you have a LOCKED cpu, you can't overclock the cpu.

not really, if your fine with the performance then don't oc the cpu.

it depends, in gaming, the i5 is better, for editing then a fx would be better
