Dell XPS 15 or Apple MacBook Pro Retina 15"

Which of these would be an overall better computer?
 

the MacBook Pro

Intel i7 Quad Core 2.8GHz (Turbo Boost to 4.0GHz)
Nvidia GT 750M (2GB  GDDR5)

1TB SSD

16GB 1600MHz

 

the XPS

Intel i7 Quad Core 2.3GHz (Turbo Boost to 3.3GHz)

Nvidia GT 750M

512GB SSD

16GB 1600MHz

 

So is the slightly prettier but not as fast Dell worth it or should I go Apple in this case since it has a better CPU?

I'd go for the MacBook.

It may depend on your use case. But I concur with @ZacDaMan72, the Macbook Pro is what I personally would go for.
