okay so I want this to practice Linux web servers for fun, and wondering which service is better for the money.

Any suggestions

Personally, I would look at OVH. For $3 a month you can get 1 core, 1 GB of ram, 10GB of storage, and 10TB of Web traffic.

I'm currently using them as my Web host.
