can a 360mm rad cool an i5 4690k and two 750ti's

Go to solution Solved by Victor Golf,

Yeah. It would.

But the 750ti is not SLI capable if I am not mistaken.

hi this is my first post

i am planning a build with water cooled graphics cards and cpu but the case can only support up to 360mm of rad space (its actually a 240mm and a 120mm)

there a an i5 4690k (devils canyon) and two 750ti"s and i was wondering if a 360 can efficiently cool them

the rads are 35.5mm and set up in pull if that help

thanks

Please, dont buy a 750Ti water block...Upgrade to a better gpu first. Also, you can't SLI GTX750Ti's. I'd also upgrade to a better gpu long before I even start with a custom loop.

There is no reason to skimp out on a gpu and then spend hundreds on a custom loop; it's nonsensical. Forget the loop and put that $400 towards a real gpu. Like a GTX970.

Do you mean $200 for each card? If so, that is possible.

However, a strong single GPU is usually a better choice.

Get a single card. If you want to watercool it, it will defiantly be the better choice financially.

you'd have to wait and see what water blocks are available for the new GTX 970 cards.

but for now, the GTX 770/780 can be had pretty good and have blocks available.

AMD r9 290 with a block is available.

$400 for GPU and block or just GPU?

Not sure about your area but here a GTX 970 is around $390 - $420.

AMD cards I am not sure about. Really, you should try to decide for yourself.

Look at your budget and compare cards within that budget to other cards in that price range.

I try to find the best deal I can.

The 290x and 770 are on complete different levels.... i would get a 970, 290, or 290x, 980. Basically what ever you want to spend... Just give us a budget and we will wip something up.
