seriously though we would kind of need to know what you're going to use it for. Fps wise doesn't mean anything, what games, whats the normally usage of the computer going to be etc.

ditch the liquid CPU cooler, get a 212evo and change CPU to 4690k

Go cheap on cpu, cooler, and motherboard and get a GTX 970.

 

Go for a Pentium g3258, hyper212evo(don't need aftermarket cooler...really), and maybe a cheap mATX board such as MSI z97 pc mate.

 

You will have much better performance with a good GPU; and cpu can be upgraded later to broadwell.

You have a locked processor on a Z series board. Either pick a cheaper H series board, or up the processor to an unlocked one.
I wouldn't get a Hitachi hard drive.

Go for 2x4gb when it comes to RAM.

Drop the liquid cooler and invest in a more important area. CPU, graphics.

The R9 270 is vastly superior to the 750Ti if you can find it in your budget. The 750 Ti isn't a very strong card.

Pretty good. The motherboard is a bit of a waste though, why Z series? You can save money and go H series. The lower end Z boards are usually lacking features of the higher end H boards.
