Need help choosing Motherboard (1000$ budget)

Hi guys, I'm starting to plan my first build with a 1000$ budget. I want my setup to be oriented towards gaming and getting good FPS with 1080p. Here is what i'm leaning towards.

Processor: AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz 8 core

Graphics Card: Asus GeForce GTX760 (maybe a 770 if I can save some $ elsewhere)

Memory: Kingston HyperX 8Gb (2x4 Gb)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 5'' 7200 rpm

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX mid tower

Cooler: Corsair CX 600W

I'd like to keep my motherboard between 100-150$. What would be the best option?

I am also wondering if my money will be better spent going with a GTX770 (instead of a 760) or going with the 760 but buying a Samsung 840 Pro Series 128Gb SSD.

And tips would be much appreciated

Thanks :)

Thank you,

So i'm guessing from what your suggesting that it is well worth putting the extra 100$ for a good video card even on a smaller budget.
