Does anybody know where i can get PSU Cable combs ?

 

i want to get these cables (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HWQUKCS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) for everything in my system and was looking for cable combs and did not find anything in US maybe just miss looked does anybody know where i can find some in US ?
