Any good for video editing?

I'm getting rid of my current system and someone interested in it has asked if it would be any good for fast video editing... Now i don't know, as i've never done any.

How would that perform with video editing tasks? Or how should i tell them it would perform?

Meh... Iv'e had bad experiance with FX CPU's and video editing... Would be decent as a light editing system. Nothing major tho.
