Decent wired optical mouse with at least 5 side buttons?

Just wanted to know if you guys knew of any - I know there's the Logitech G602, but it's wireless. I also know there's plenty of mice with side buttons out there, but most of the ones I'm aware of are laser instead of optical.

 

Any thoughts?
