Clear PVC Tubing for Water Cooling - Will it Work?

tvolk131

I was just wondering if PVC tubing (not the hard plastic type, but the clear bendable type) would work in a water cooling setup as opposed to acrylic tubing.

Primochill clear tubing is the way to go IMO. I've got red tubing in my system now with distilled water and its great. I wont go with other types of tubing from the hardware store though. Go though PC water cooling shops that have tubing specifically designed for PC water cooling.

EK and some other companies sell it, for those who want PVC tubing.

Alright, it sounds like I should just buy normal tubing and stay away from PVC. I was just wondering about PVC because it is cheaper, and more convenient to buy. Anyways, thanks for the help!
