RGB K70 Aluminum cover quality issue

I deal directly express RMA from Corsair instead Amazon because i don't want to wait for another 1 month to get the replacement.

 

After 3 days ago i received my brand new K70 RGB replacement.

 

But.........but  but  

 

The same shit happened again.

 

This issue might be a normal situation for the RGB K70.

 

Have to request the RMA from Corsair...

That sucks, but i have to ask ow is it other than when it brakes?

Does it seem to chip/flake easily or is it just getting banged up during manufacturing do you think?

My K70 has two small nicks in it, though they're not enough to bother me particularly. I only noticed them when I did a close inspection, but for someone else I can understand they'd be extremely annoying and deserving of a return.

 

It may be an issue with the quality of the aluminium. Aluminium actually comes in various quality grades, signified by numerical values. Does anyone have any idea what quality of metal they've used in the K70?
