Need some advice on some PC audio stuff?

I'm wanting to get a pair of some what half decent gaming headphones for around the $150 (AUD) mark.

I also want a non usb microphone somewhere around the $200 (AUD) mark. I'm not fussed about getting XLR - USB adaptor. I just dont want to spend an arm and a leg on the mic

I just need some advice on what to get. Just keep in mind im in Australia so I cant use amazon

I've been thinking, do you guys think there is a tangible benefit for upgrading a microphone beyond Blue Yeti level? Most of us do some game-chat, Skype, maybe a Youtube video or two...

 

Kind of a topic derail, but I figure having a short discussion on whether a person even needs more expensive mics to begin with is kindda relevant to the thread.

 I like the look and sound of the AT2020. I know its 80 off my 200 budget, but I think its all I need.
