I can understand ROG boards are expensive, but these too a SGD$100 diffrence??

 

MSI Z97M Gaming - SGD$263.00

Gigabyte G1.SNIPER M5 - SGD$359.00

 

why is the older board more expensive?? I really don't understand

The Gigabyte have more Feuatures than the MSI.
