Installation Time and Start Up Take Forever.

Sasori

Hai guys,

I have a problem,

First off, my computer gave me every time I started the computer a BSOD after the Windows logo.

I tried to recover the installation but that didn't help.

I have reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium x64 but the installation took about 1 hour at least to complete.

After the installation the first boot up also took 2 a 3 minutes, I know the first boot takes some time.

Normally it would take about 30 seconds to boot and the installation time is normally 10 minutes tops.

I'm using a Sandisk 128 GB SSD. (AHCI is activated in bios)

I'm running HDD tune to scan my drives for problems.

If somebody knows what is causing this please help me.

Thanks in advance!

Problem solved, my DVD burner died apperently and somehow it slowed down my performance a lot.

I unplugged it and now it starts up like it used to.

Thanks anyways :)
