SoundProofing (Angry neighbours)

MirzaTat

Move into a house or get headphones. You can't dampen bass sound. And to the one that think Fuck the neighbor's well, this attitude is why you live in a shithole

Just fyi, insulating your room or house/apartment in acoustic foam will cost you several thousand dollars. That stuff is freaking expensive...

Plus it would imaginably raise the ambient temperature by at least several degrees.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

these two, it can be done cheap(eggboxes or cheap material) but that will end up rubbish.

with the real stuff you got to keep in mind the space you lose(atleast 1inch/2.5cm thickness) the heat(black foam, absorbs heat pretty well) and the cost(easy 1000+ all currencies)

since you mention the fact that it's the bass, try lowering the bass volume or place it on something(ground=vibatrions=noise all around the building/complex) like a small desk or something shock asorbing, hell even a coffee table might do, aslong the vibartions aren't going straight the the floor/wall.

If the bass is truelly that heavy good sound isolation won't even work really well, low tones(main reason for the bass) are tempted to use things they come in touch with.*

also follow your topic's!

@MirzaTat

*try it yourself by making a low noise vibration yourself, can be done by placing your tounge against the roof of your mouth and attempt to make a vibration with your vocalcords.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.
