PCPartPicker exists for this very formatting reason.

For a few Pounds more you can get an R9 280x which performs better than the GTX 760.

I would suggest a R9 285 if you want better performance. I would only go with the 760 if you really care about Shadowplay or other NVIDIA features.

I would give up OC and Liquid for a 770/780/290

Get a better case like a corsiar air 240 or the H440, wait for 900 series GPUs and get an air cooler. H80i is a great option if you really want to water cool though

Want a good game to play?  Check out Shadowrun: http://store.steampowered.com/app/300550/ (runs on literally any hardware)

Definitely get an air cooler, the CM 212 Evo will be way better than that AIO liquid cooler IMO (price, noise and performance per dollar wise).

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k | CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 | Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 1 | Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB 1866MHz | GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB Windforce

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO | PSU: CM Silent Pro 720W | Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe | Headset: Corsair Vengeance 2100 | Keyboard: Logitech G710+ | Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Chroma

Today is a bad time to buy a GPU, with the 900 series rumored to be coming out this week just wait. Also as for Windows, it is also rumored to be coming out with 9 by the end of the month. So I would wait off a bit.

Not a fan of the case. You should be able to get a better case for about the same. Something like the NZXT Source 210.

It's hard to justify 120mm AIO watercoolers, although the H80i is one of the better 120mm radiators.

You don't need 600W for a 760, and the CX600 is a budget unit. If you want a 4690k and 760, you could get a better 450-500W unit.
