Amd radeon r7 250 xfc Zlj4

PC.

Well recently i buyed amd radeon r7 250 xfx and installed it on pc ,well it has some errors.While Connected on Dvi connector on screen shows rose dots and takbar shakes when moving mouse, tried changing Hz of LCD and some setting on amd software and didnt work,When connected on Vga connector works perfectly awesome fps no shaking but on one or two games happens that g-card crashes once and later there are no errors , my specs are 

-3,2 ghz e5800 Pentium Dual Core 

-Windows 7 32-bit Proffesional

-4 Gb Ram (3,5 usable)

-amd radeon r7 250 xfx 1gb core edition (Came out this year i think)

-old one nvidia gefore gt 520 1gb

 

Soo i dont have another pc to test compitability and i wanna your opinion

400W with 5A. Well the proffesor in my class who finished the School for computer said that All Pc components are powered with 12 volts.
