Razer Deathadder and Astro A40.

For the keyboard, go with Cherry MX Browns, Clears, Reds or Blacks for "silent" typing. O-Rings might help as well.

I believe the cheapest good quality backlit you can find is the CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Backlit version or Logitech G710+.

If you go for a non-backlit it would be way cheaper like the CM Storm QuickFire Rapid regular version.

The Razer BlackWidow is pretty loud and clicky by the way and does not use Cherry MX keys.

Just as a side note which is relevant IMO:

Get a Z97 motherboard for the 4690k or a Z87 with the 4670k;

Try to fit an SSD in your budget. 250GB is not that expensive but get at least 120GB;

Change the CPU Cooler to the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

If possible, get a WesternDigital HDD.

Good luck with your build.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k | CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 | Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 1 | Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB 1866MHz | GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB Windforce

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO | PSU: CM Silent Pro 720W | Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe | Headset: Corsair Vengeance 2100 | Keyboard: Logitech G710+ | Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Chroma
