core i7 4790k temperature

I had brand new core i7 4790k with h80i cooler my question is the temperature rise up to 42-46°c is it safe ?

lol yes as above 75C under  does not even raise a eye brow for me.

Danger zone is 90c. If at full load it stays below 80 you don't even have to think about it.

everybody has their target temperature, but I don't even turn my fans on at 45 degrees. keep it uner TJmax, but 90C is usually the highest you want to be to account for inaccuracies in the temperature sensor.

46C under what load? For idle is way too high unless you have 30C room temp.
