€2500 Gaming rig

3Good5U

I have a budget of €2500 (about $3240) and I would like to use every penny of it but not more (Figure of speech  :) ). What I need:

-Case

-Motherboard

-CPU and cooler

-GPU

-Windows (Which costs €130 and I'm not going to pirate it)

-SSD (I already have some HDD's)

What I currently have planned (I need to save €250 but I'm not sure what I should save on):

-CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 (€54,90)

-GPU: 2x ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 (€978,00)

-CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K (€569,00)

-PSU: Antec HCP-1000 Platinum (€259,00)

-Case: Aerocool XPredator White Edition (€124,90)

-SSD: Samsung 840 EVO MZ-7TE250BW (€119,90)

-MOBO: ASUS Rampage IV Formula (€324,00)

-RAM: 2x Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1866 (It are 2 kits of 2 modules) (€189,80)

-Windows 8.1 (€129,90)

Thank you very much, in advance

There is the mother board. You're going to need to get DDR4 RAM instead of DDR3. Also, what are you going to be using this PC for?

A couple cool cases are the Define R4 windowed, Obsidian 750D, Corsair 900D, and the Enthoo Prime. Might want to water cool your CPU with a custom loop if you're going to over clock it. For the Graphics cards get 2 R9 290xs from XFX or ASUS. For an OS just get Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit home builder. Get a 256 GB SSD from SAMSUNG to install the OS on.

That in itself isn't very helpful. Things don't cost the same across Europe. I would need to know the country he was in to budget exactly, which he has helpfully not supplied us with.

If it is just a gaming pc then stick with socket 1150.

As you needed a price in Euros, I did it from Germany so the prices might be higher where you live at... but you can always go to germany and ask them to deliver it on a hotel :D

I went overkill with the GPU but you could get a 4790k instead of the i5 and get a cheaper GPU solution.
