GTX 730? Irrelevant for any PC?

So the AMD computer I have in the other room is a little slow. Part of it is graphics and the other part is that its running on a WD Green. It has a HD5450 in it right now and it gets used for web browsing and document making. Some online games and videos and I was wondering if a EVGA GT 730 would just be pointless or if it would help....

Some guy was looking at selling a GTX 650ti on this forum for around 80 bucks. I'd go with that, have a look around, ebay maybe.
