Sony Xperia Z1 Screen replacement re-assembly

Hello there

 

So, I have offered to try to help a friend to replace the screen on her Xperia Z1

 

I have been googling around much to find good guides, but there simply is no complete guides anywhere

Usually the guides just takes you through removing the screen, gives no information about the re-assembly and if you need new adhesive thingies or not, how to replace them if so etc.

 

I guess there is some of you here that have experience with repairing smartphones, so.

 

Do I need new adhesives?

Does new adhesive come pre applied on the new screen normally?

I found some after googling and they seems easy to attach so that shouldn't be a problem

 

 

Starting to get frustrated about all the incomplete guides, even iFixit doesn't have complete guides. I looked at iPad screen replacement, they just do the same thing "Do this backwards" and maybe mentions that there is another guide for adhesive replacement. Guides should take you through everything like you were an idiot or it isn't a guide.
